mplayerplugin question [SOLVED]

on my laptop, these video feeds http://video.tennischannel.com/schedule.jsp load in a new mplayer window (firefox, epiphany), while on my desktop they don't, even with the same config files. (the window lets you have full screen and controls, so it's much preferable.)

strangely, the laptop has noembed=1 commented out and still opens a new window, while the desktop won't open a new window no matter what the option is set for. i deleted the firefox and mozilla pluginreg.dat files after making changes but it doesn't seem to matter. does anyone know how i can get a new window to launch?

>> SOLVED >>> turns out i had an old mozplugger install on my desktop that i had forgotten about. i removed that, and now it works.
