Automount CD but not DVD ?

I'm running gnome, with gvm doing the mounting. I've edit the generated fstab so the mount points are not present, which seems to enable gvm to automount CDs.

However, whilst it happily automounts CDs, it refuses to aotomount DVDs - even though these can be manually mounted via mount /dev/sr0 /mnt/cdrom easily.

Any ideas ?
