I made an usual update with 'pacman -Syu' and since I saw a kernel update I rebooted...
After reboot the lilo menu appears, it autoselects arch after 2 seconds, it appears
boot:
loading arch........................... .................................
nothing more. No errors, no messages at all!
It is the same also using the fallback.
What happened? Can I do something or I have to reinstall arch from zero?
edit: typo
edit2: it can be related to the fact the I have /boot partition and lilo in different disks?

i don't use lilo so i can't help on that part apart from asking if you remembered to exec lilo after kernel upgrade .. also, what versions did you upgrade form/to and did you modify any options, in /etc/mkinitcpio.conf for example..

exec lilo? No, what do you mean?
About version I guess it is from the previous to the lastest... :S Sorry I do not remember the number and now the machine does not boot!
About modifying, no... I just rebooted.

With lilo, you need to run `lilo` as root after every kernel update or change to your lilo configuration.

I see, so now I have to start the machine with the arch CD. Mount the drives, chroot the directory where I mounted and starting lilo should solve.
Thanks everyone.
edit: it worked! Thanks everyone.
