fluxbox question

Second question: I use fluxbox, and one of the menu items i want is to load rtorrent with specific command line arguments. What should I put in the menu to make it load a terminal with the specific command lines.?

edit: forget my first question, i'm dumb and need to learn to read the forums.

[exec] (rtorrent) {urxvt  -title rtorrent -e rtorrent --your-args-here}

Or whatever your terminal's execute flag is in place of -e.
