Hello,
is this gaphic card supported bu the nvidia driver ? And, in what package ? nvidia-96xx ?
When I go in http://nvidia.com, I see that the last driver is 100.14.06 (2007.05.21). What version is used in the Arch package ?
Thanks,
N.

I'm not sure if the 88xx series is supported, but if it is, it'd be the "nvidia" package. nvidia-96xx is for older cards.
The latest nvidia drivers for Linux are 1.0-9755, which Arch has.

The "100.14.06" driver is a beta driver. No clue why the french site lists that over the stable 1.0-9755 driver :s

I modified the standard nvidia PKGBUILD for the nvidia-beta module, and put it on the AUR.

I haven't tested the actual package out (built it, looks fine), so lemme know how it works
