Qemu and KVM problem

a month or maybe two ago i tried KVM to boot my disk to run windows in linux. it worked but very very slow. recently i tried to boot a cd with KVM but the created window was blank with titlebar "Qemu [Stopped]" and there was no printed error in terminal. also booting the disk didn't work. the same happens if i try to run some disk/cd with non-modified qemu. What could be wrong? i have loaded all modules: kvm, kvm-intel and kqemu. i think that this stopped working after new kernel or kvm update in aur to version 17, but i don't know exactly.

I don't know the cause of this problem, but Qemu has some problems anyway (like not being able to emulate Java, at least for me). I suggest you try virtualbox (in community).
