Hi...I'm wondering how can I set some desklets in my e17 WM....I'm new with e17 and I think some help may be usefull.

I don't think e17 has any native way of displaying desklets. You'll probably need a separate system like gDesklets or adesklets (lighter).

hullu,

adesklets works if you start it with adesklets --user (and click on the background), but i can't move the desklets (you propably could start another wm, move it, and return to e17, or edit ~/.adesklets)
Don't know about other desklets, e17-modules do most of the things i want.

you have to activate them: menu->configuration->modules
... then goto menu->configuration->shelves, choose the one you want to change, or make an new shelf, goto configure, set weher you want the shelf to be located, goto Configure Contents. Left are the modules that are activated, and on the right side are the ones you'll actually see.
you can configure most modules with a right-clich->configure (ibar-icons for example).

thnx a lot dude...I'll try this when I'll be at home
