gimp-devel is not maintained

gimp-devel is not maintained, and is very outdated at the moment.

Wouldn't be better if it was removed from the devel repo so that someone can maintain it properly in AUR?

I could do this since I have been maintaining proper private PKGBUILDs for my personal use, for some time now.

PS: I am not sure if this should have been filed as a bug in the bugzilla, but I don't think so.
