cups: where is client.conf

According to the cups archwiki; for being able to print remote, the client should have the servername in the client.conf of cups.
However, I do not have that file; should I re-pacman cups or is there some other package i'm not aware of?

Re: cups: where is client.conf

just create the client.conf with only the ServerName in it? I've done that but then the lpq command returns an error.
(not at home right now so I can't show the error message)
