exact same issue here. It seem to be because gstreamer0.10-bad also provides those listed files and gstreamer0.10-bad has yet to be updated to the new version. Which means pacman gets angry because the file already exists due to the older version of gstreamer0.10-bad which exists on the system.

If you're not in a hurry, wait for the -bad package upgrade. Otherwise, I'd suggest -Syf for the -good package, followed by -Su for everything else.
