Hi, suddenly my usb stick mounted read-only. I tried many times to remount, also at the command line, but no difference. Then i tryed sudo fsck /dev/sdd1 but that diden't make any difference.
Then I put it in my mac, and then I could write. Ran the mac discutil, but it didn't seem to do anything, - put it back into arch and now it works.
My question is, how could I solve this in Arch next time? is there more to do than fsck ?

hmm, I got the same error. But everything is mounted read-only for users (root got rw-permissions). Dunno, why it is this way. I think it appeared after the last HAL-update.

sorry, remembered the problem wrong: USB-sticks are mounted rw for everybody. My Fat32-partitions are mounted with root-rights. (I mean: only root can write on it, reading is allowed for everyone)
