Hello,
I'd like to see an additional option in AUR. It's quite annoying searching aur for outdated packages now... I'd like a feature in example to set a location with a checkbox which enables the search just is for outdated packages.
This way i easily could look which packages are outdated, go trough them and update them (or not, sometimes it actually has reasons why a package isn't updated).

Georg

If someone showed me where the AUR source is, I'd be more than happy to help patch it up. There are lots of bugs (and features) i'd like to see fixed (and implemented).

Yea, i'd be pleased adding features requested for AUR as well. It's one of the strongest tools we have for Arch, and a reason actually why arch is that strong.
Did i ever mention that i'm pleased to see you in team, tardo? ;D.
Yours,
Georg

There shouldn't be any reason to learn more editor types than emacs or vi -- mg (1)

Probably the wrong link, dolby? It points to the arch package cleanup...

no that was the link i wanted to post. maybe this is more appropriate. presonally i feel the two of them as one. the AUR needs a cleanup and reorganisation/restructure at the same time

AFAIR dsa and swiergot are/were working on fixes/enhancements for the current AUR - tur-users ML is probably the best place to find them.
