I got Cinelerra out of AUR and also tried compiling it myself. Whatever I do it will not properly import movies. I get no errors at all but the movie seems to be imported blank. Also, other movie players on the system (noatun and xmms) cannot play the video either. It seems nothing can EXCEPT mplayer which works flawlessly. Oh, also ffplay works from the command line. The movies are in DV format and MJPEG. I can hear sound in all players but video only shows up in mplayer. What on Earth could be going on? I've tried every form of compiling Cinelerra different but it makes no difference.
