I sow some screenshots and decided to try int. but failure in the begining.
instaliation looks ok, but command pypanel gives me:
/usr/bin/pypanel:892: Phthon C API version mismach for module ppmodule: This Python has API version 1013, module ppmodule has version 1012
from ppmodule bla, bla, bla ...
Failed to open ~/.pypanelrc -
[Errno 2] No such file or dir: ' /usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/pypanel/pypanelrc'
bb
And i checked in /usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/ there is no dir pypanel.
So how to fix all this?

weird, i just went through the very same thing after seeing a thread on openbox, etc. i *think* you just need to get a ~/.pypanelrc from somewhere for it to read, but i didn't have the patience to deal with it right now just on the basis of curiosity.

So it is bug?

I'd say it is, the directory it's looking for is created in /usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/pypanel, just copying the directory to /usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/ should be enough to fix it.

If you download the pypanel package from sourceforge: http://pypanel.sourceforge.net/ you can use the example pypanelrc file. Edit it to your liking and save it as ~/.pypanelrc
The example pypanelrc file is pretty well commented, but it will take a bit of editing to get it to where you are happy with it.
