Hi!
I've downloaded eclipse europa for J2EE developers. It's works well, but when i try open jsp file with web page editor eclipse show me a alert.
Unhandled event loop exception
No more handles [Unknown Mozilla path (MOZILLA_FIVE_HOME not set)]
If i set MOZILLA_FIVE_HOME < export MOZILLA_FIVE_HOME="/opt/mozilla/" >the alert show:
Unhandled event loop exception
No more handles (java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no swt-mozilla-gtk-3346 or swt-mozilla-gtk in swt.library.path, java.library.path or the jar file)
How can i fix it?
Thanks!

Hello,
Can you check if you have a file named $ECLIPSE_HOME/plugins/org.eclipse.swt.gtk.linux.x86_3.3.0.v3346.jar ? If not you should be able to get it with Eclipse's update menu. Alternatively, it is available at http://www.eclipse.org/swt/
Good luck.

Hi!
Yes, i've this file (org.eclipse.swt.gtk.linux.x86_3.3.0.v3346.jar).
I've too intalled swt, with pacman.
Does you work with eclipse and J2EE? Can you open jsp file with web page editor?
Thanks!

Hey Pilli,
I just created a new "Dynamic Web" project. Inside it, I created a new jsp from template, and everything seems to be working just fine.
I did not install Eclipse from the Arch repos. I downloaded the big tarball (Platform SDK, I believe it is called), and installed it myself, with my user as owner of all files. After that, I used Eclipse's Software Update manager to install J2EE Standard Tools (JST), Web Standard Tools (WST), and the CDT. Everything seems to be working.
Ciao

Hi peart!
I have not installed it either. I have tried with several compressed files:
eclipse-jee-europa-linux-gtk.tar.gz
wtp-all-in-one-sdk-R-2.0-200706260303-linux-gtk.tar.gz
eclipse-SDK-3.3-linux-gtk.tar.gz. After extracts I update and installs WTP.
All ways fails.
Too try add "-Djava.library.path=.:/home/pilli/eclipse:/usr/share/java/swt" eclipse.ini file.
I can works with jsp file with jsp editor, but when i try edit with web page editor, a jsf visual editor, eclipse breaks.
I use KDE.
Thanks!

Guess what Pilli?
I just tried to open a .jsp with the web page editor instead of the jsp editor. Kaboom! Exact same errors as you. I will look into it, and report back if I find something.
Later.

I give up.
I tried installing xulrunner, using LD_LIBRARY_PATH, and everything else I could find on the SWT FAQ. That web page editor refuses to work. I think it's time to submit a bug report to Eclipse.
Sorry I couldn't help.
Ciao.

Hi peart!
I think that isn't eclipse problem.
I've tried in Ubuntu and works ok.
I've too tried in Kubuntu and not works, but I've installed firefox and eclipse web page editor works. And in addition i can use internal browser in eclipse, this option isn't available in Arch.
I think that is a firefox issue.
What do you think?

What do I think? I think I fixed it
The 2 changes to my installation since this morning:
1) Installing xulrunner (pacman -Sy xulrunner). I think it is required, but am not sure. It is mentioned in the SWT FAQ.
2) export MOZILLA_FIVE_HOME=/opt/mozilla/lib/firefox (<- not /opt/mozilla).
The web page editor worked for me, and I hope it works for you too.
Good luck!

Hi.
You are a genius.
I only need change MOZILLA_FIVE_HOME. (export MOZILLA_FIVE_HOME=/opt/mozilla/lib/firefox-2.0.0.4/)
xulruner isn't required.
Thanks.
