libGL warning: 3D driver claims to not support visual 0x5b

Well, in many games, I always receive this message.

I use an Intel Graphics i915

What does mean this message? It has any solution?

Greetings

I get a similar one, it seems pretty harmless. I'll hazard a guess that it's some fancy functionality that Intel onboard graphics don't provide.

Re: libGL warning: 3D driver claims to not support visual 0x5b

It suggests that the i915 driver doesn't support all opengl functions yet. if you run glxinfo , you should be able to see which visual id's are not supported.

Now i don't know what these visual id's mean, but a good driver should support the entire opengl spec.
However, as long as programs don't use those unsupported visual ids, they'll run fine.

Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.
