can not find /etc/rc.d/dhcpcd

Hello,

On boot, boot screen message says: can not find /etc/rc.d/dhcpcd. Ksysguard shows dhcpcd daemon is installed. Firefox browser works ok. Were is the dhcpcd daemon started? I see /etc/rc.multi starts the daemons. But were is /etc/rc.d/dhcpcd? Also how come some boot screen messages are not found in the logs?

DAEMONS=(syslog-ng iptables dhcpcd network netfs portmap ntpd crond anacrond alsa gpm kdm cpufreq)

I believe network starts dhcpcd
