Hall starts Dbus too, so if you've got Dbus turned on do that:
# /etc/rc.d/dbus stop
# /etc/rc.d/hal start
This will start both hal and dbus. If that's the case and you manage to start hal, and decide to use it (I for example have to use hal, because my parents just can't remember how to mount an USB mass storage device from the console) edit your rc.conf remove dbus and put hal only.

Thanks for your replay.
I got it fixed now.
The problem was that I messed up my:/usr/share/hal/fdi/policy/10osvendor/20-storage-methodes.fdi

i have both dbus and hal in my rc.conf
when i come back home il try to remove dbus
