Toshiba hotkeys

Someone knows a way to use Fn+X functions for toshiba laptops? (in particular Toshiba portege R100)

use Keytouch, it has a lot of preconfigured keyboard layouts, included mine ( dell laptop )

I can't remember if I installed it via pacman or sources, but I'm sure that wasn't too hard
