Why Compiz have no window decorator, but beryl has(partly solved)

I was confused by the Compiz for few days. I have tried for many times, but still can't see the window decorator using compiz. I just get three solutions:
1. aiglx + compiz + xfce4------no window decorator
2. aiglx + beryl + xfce4--------all right. If I choose compiz as window manager, no window decorator
3. aiglx + compiz-fusion + xfce4-----no window decorator. If I choose beryl window manager instead of compiz,  everything goes well. I can just run fusion-icons in the command line, no window

Have you ever come across such problem?
Now, If I want to use 3D effect, I have to use beryl window manager,  no other choice.
I wanna just run compiz, can anyone tell me how to fix the problem?
Thanks

Now, the third solution has solved it, it turns out to be perfect on my laptop.
But I still can solve the No.1 problem, i can't figure out what's wrong with it.
Does somebody know where I can find compiz-manager?

I am trying to configure xfce4 with compiz but it doesn't work at all, there are no decorations and I can't move any window.
Beryl works perfectly.
Could you show me how do you start compiz with xfce?
