Compiz Fusion / ATI R9800 vs Nvidia Gf6200?

I am a TOTAL noob  when it comes to linux related.
I have a cuestion about Hardware...
I am running Beryl, with a Geforce 6200 AGP, but i also have a Radeon 9800pro AGP...
Like a year ago i tried to run beryl with the Radeon 9800pro, but it was a mess.
So tired about ati i buy the cheap Geforce 6200 (because of the nvidia linux drivers).

Now i want to try Compiz Fusion.
Anyone know if the open source RADEON driver is working good whit AIGLX ?
Will Compiz Fusion run better on the Radeon 9800pro or the Geforce 6200?
I know that the Radeon 9800pro is a much better pice of hardware than the geforce 6200...
But the OpenSource Radeon driver was a mess last time i tried!

ATI Radeon 9800pro (128MB-256bits) vs Nvidia Geforce 6200-nonTC (256MB-64bits)

Anyone ?

they both work good with compiz-fusion with the opensource radeon drivers(according to man radeon), but you will probably get better 3d performance in games with the nvidia card aswell and generally less problems, but don't take my word for it tongue
