Hello,
I ve installed gnome and xorg but when i login to gdm gnome-session doesnt start. I am getting a screen with 3 windows which means X started but not gnome. I 've put exec gnome-session to my xinitrc file and disabled the others. I ve looked also to my xorg.log and everything seems to be working fine
Can you give me any idea what to do???
I forgot to mention that if i run exec gnome-session at console gnome works fine

you should set your default session. Most likely you can do this in gdm itselft. Others you may probably do this by running gdmsetup as root in an xsession
