I got my number of packages down to 96 but I have X and xmms and some other stuff I like so I don't know if I can ever complete with the real die hard minimalists. Please post your package list, if you have less than 90 packages, and help me figure out what else I can get rid of. gcc is a must though; you're disqualified if you don't have gcc!

You can get a list of some people's packages by visiting http://archstats.coding-zone.com/index. … iewstats=y. I think there was one system that only had 44 packages! Click the 'Systems' button, and then select the first system listed by its Reference hash, you can then cycle through each system with the 'Next system' button.

OK I see now. Too bad there is no way to sort by package count. I looked at the first 50 or so, but only saw five or six package counts below 100, and they had old versions of gcc. Not quite what I was looking for.
