How to set up CUPS?? [solved]

I just got a new HP printer and plugged it into my Arch System. Then I tried to use the wiki guide to setting up CUPS (http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/CUPS_Setup)

When I installed GNOME, one of the things it installed was CUPS but I don't seem to have a '/etc/cups/cupsd.conf'. Is that config file somewhere else on my system?

First, start the cups-daemon

/etc/rc.d/cups start

Add the cups to the DAEMONS-array in /etc/rc.conf

now, open a webbrowser and go to http://localhost:631/ to configure cups.
