error when sending mail by Evolution

There is error message, I have tried my tow smtp accounts, but both failed:
Error while performing operation:
MAIL FROM response error: Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable

Error while performing operation:
MAIL FROM response error: Requested action not taken: mailbox name not allowed

Anybody has an idea? Please give one solvution or at least any clue, I can send mail by thunderbird with same smtp setting. I feel really bad unable to send mail.

Are you sure the "From" address is correct? Some SMTP servers fail to deliver mails if the From e-mail address does not match the one assigned to the user connecting through SMTP (to prevent spoofing e-mail addresses).

Are you sure the "From" address is correct?

I don't know how to assure this correct, I can't find any '"From" address when I am writting. Now I install evolution 1.5.7, I know it's at alpha stage, but I do like the intergrated junk mail controlling function. So error message becomes:
Error while performing operation:
MAIL FROM command failed: Requested action aborted: error in processing

Maybe it's my smtp provider prohibited this? Thank you for your input.

There must be some place where you can fill the "From e-mail:" address field. I can't tell you exactly where because I'm not using evolution.
