super-tiny boot floppy? needs 850k remaining...

Howdy all,
I've got a Compaq ML-350 server that's not booting from the CD, and I want to flash the BIOS.  I've downloaded the sh updater, and it's a little under 850k.  I've downloaded a few distros' boot floppies, and they're all over 1MB, which doesn't leave enough space.  the busybox link was down, but I suppose it's too big as well.

What do you all recommend?  Can I just throw the flasher on a second floppy?  or do I need to download the DSL boot CD, boot from the floppy > CD > then flash the BIOS from a second floppy?

AAAAGHH!
stupid machines.

Well, when updating BIOS I usually boot from Windows' bootdisk and use DOS flashing app + image put on the other floppy.

I'm in the process of moving, and my box that has a VM with Windows on it is under a pile of crap, and the DOS/Windows file from HP is a stupid boot floppy creator rather than the BIOS flasher.

GRRRRRR....

I'm going to try the chain boot from the DSL floppy to the DSL CD thing, and let you all know how that goes.
