There we go. Try to Install first gtksourceview
pacman -S gtksourceview gtksourceview-sharp
then run
"pacman -S monodevelop mono"
again.
I have hade my problems with mono too.
I installed first all gnome packages and then step by step the last one's
openSUSE
Arch Linux

Thank Jada!
But I have the same error.
I instaled gtksourceview gtksourceview-sharp and after that I tried pacman -S monodevelop.
I don't really care about boo...Maybe should I force the installation?
Thank!

The Problem was not the "boo" package. It's a time ago I installed Mono. I think the Problem was the "monodevelop" packages.
I installed all packages with
pacman -S
downloaded the packages "monodevelop" and Installed it
pacman -U /downloadlocation/monodevelop-0.14-2.pkg.tar.gz
I am not sure if I have force it, but anyway it was working fine then
openSUSE
Arch Linux
USALUG
Offline
root:$ pacman -Sf monodevelop
Problem solved
Thank JaDa

That's not a solution, it's just a workaround.
Please report a bug.
