F-spot & export-to-picasaweb-patch

Hi,

This is the first time I ever needed a patch for a program, so I searched both the forums an the wiki thoroughly, but I encounter a makepkg-problem that is not described anywhere?

I try to use this patch: http://bugs.archlinux.org/task/7533

I download both the patch and PKGBUILD to a local folder inside my ~/home.

First makepkg complains about not having a f-spot.install-file. I didn't know what to do, so I created an empty one.

Next makepkg continues and downloads/unpacks the src, but it complains again and aborts:

make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found. Stop.

I have also searched CVS for the install-file and copied the contents of the file inside my own (but empty) install-file, but this does not change anything...

Help? The howto's regarding patches all assume the build process ends succesfully...

THX!

Re: F-spot & export-to-picasaweb-patch

Well, I still haven't got an answer, but it's not that important anymore, because the new f-spot package (0.4) solves the problem and doesn't need the patch...
