as of recently azureus stopped working, some java error, I can't remember exactly and I've since removed the app - an opportunity to out other torrent clients but nevertheless I am curious if anyone else experienced this? I have the current swt package and I thought with the latest jre it would run again.
[edit]
so I've reinstalled azureus and all of its deps for nothing more than to recreate the same error message:
# An unexpected error has been detected by Java Runtime Environment:

# SIGSEGV (0xb) at pc=0xb2f290e3, pid=5941, tid=3084716944

I posted a bug but it seems as if the problem lies in swt according to the last line and a similar bug to which sun said 'it's not our bug'.
As I mentioned the error also existed before upgrading to jre6 so a downgrade wouldn't help.
Is this info helpful to anyone who can help?

Azureus 3 runs fine here, except an occasional error message at start that it can't update swt automatically.
Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.
(A works at time B) && (time C > time B ) ≠ (A works at time C)
