Re: August 2007 Screenshots

I have a little question. In my info.pl script, there is one section for icons and fonts. But the font doesnt appear when I type perl info.pl as you see. How can I fix that? I got the script from this: http://pastebin.archlinux.org/9397

But I cant find out what is wrong.

Maybe by setting your gtk fonts and the your icon set in the .gtkrc.mine file, it'll be detected by the script (at least it orks for me)...

Its the KDEmod default theme (domino + tango icons) with this wallpaper and a slightly changed kicker config with kima on the upper right, being the only not-delivered-with-kde applet (its also in kdemod-applets).

For konqueror i use the baghira sidebar and changed the toolbars to my preference. The small sidebar tab on konquerors left side can be disabled as described here, which gives it a very clean look.

All other stuff is pretty standard.

want a modular and tweaked KDE for arch? try kdemod

Re: August 2007 Screenshots

I didn't post here for a long time. My last desktop even if I'm not totally happy with it, it's quite simple but I like it this way :

nice desktop!

I'm not sure if this will change the font-color of the nautilus window, but you can try adding these lines to you gtk-theme:

style "nautilus-font-color"
{
 NautilusIconContainer::normal_alpha = 0
 text[NORMAL] = "#ffffff"
 NautilusIconContainer::frame_text = 1
}

class "GtkWidget" style "nautilus-font-color"
