vmware and virtualbox cannot format

Hi all

i run arch x86_64

i usually work with vmware but i tried to install windows on it but setup cannot format the drive.

then i tried virtualbox and i got same results. Both cannot format prtition during winXP setup

i cant see anything fatal in the logs. i tried as root but same results.

any ideas?

SORRY guys solved.

i exceeded memory to more than my pshysical one.
