That seems to be a pretty good book.

Especially this part "also included a step by step guide how to avoid  being flamed"

I think forums should make the Search link stand out more.  Maybe more people would notice and use it.  And to be fair, sometimes finding what you want in a search on a forum can be a black art.

How ever, questions that haven't been answered are totally different thing.

We have started Linux with no idea what to do...so I make a point not to put people off
