Mpd won't play .ogg files [SOLVED]

Hi, first post. Just want to say that I am loving every minute of Arch linux. I used ubuntu before this and the freedom arch gives you is refreshing. I went all in and I'm using openbox and thunar, loving it.

I setup mpd just fine and it works perfectly. The one problem I noticed just now was that it doesn't play my ogg files. I tried with ncmpc and sonata and both of them simply skip to the next mp3 song when I try to play an ogg song. The strange thing is that mplayer plays the songs perfectly. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance, I've been to the forums a lot in these passt few days and it seems like the people here are very helpful.

EDIT: Ignore this post.. It magically started working after I updated the databse although the ogg files weren't new.
