kdemod setup.

I was checking out screenshots on kdemod, and one of the screenshots shows konqueror using a view that I would like, but I can't seem to figure out how to do it. I want to have a view on the left with the basic folders, with the option to drag/drop new folders. The image is:

Can anyone help me out?
