Nice one.

Could you post your .xinitrc?

Re: August 2007 Screenshots

I don't use .xinitrc, since I can't figure out why startx fails on me, so I have to use a bloody greeter (Gdm).
This is my dwm.desktop:

[Desktop Entry]
Encoding=UTF-8
Name=dwm
Comment=dwm Window Manager
Exec=/usr/bin/conky | /usr/local/bin/dwm | eval `cat /home/mmanu/.fehbg`
Icon=
Type=Application

I'm using conky-cli from AUR.

Share your config.h? Is your dwm patched?

Here you go:
http://pastebin.com/fb7fc36e

It's not patched, I'm only using conky-cli, as I have indicated in my previous post.  I would really like to apply some patches, but the patches are not up to date for version 4.4.1.

Enjoy smile

what sort of error message did you get?  (maybe check the xsession error log)

I've seen young people waste their time reading books about sensitive vampires. It's kinda sad. But you say it's not the end of the world... Well, maybe it is!

Well, there's still an open thread out there, and nobody seems to know the solution: http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=35143

Well, just installed Arch Linux with KDEmod. You can find the wallpaper at Wikimedia Commons.
