cant find an IP now

well, i got KDE installed now, so i have a desktop

i had to use "dhcpcd eth0" to get network access to setup kde

now, on startup, it cant find an ip, and kde gives me an xml error when i try to use the network manager. and if i run that command from the console, it tells me dhcpcd  is already running?

Re: cant find an IP now

Where did you use eht0? at the command line?
If so, just use ifconfig to stop eth0 and then start eth1 (or whatever you want to start.)
