Hello.
I have icecast2 server, and mpd for music deamon. I use gmpc, to control the playlist. I configurated the mpd deamon to connect to the icecast server, and it is working. I can see the mount point on the server http admin panel. But when I try to listen ti the radio, I can`t. My XMMS is always buffering, it starts from 0, riches 32kb, and starts again, without to play any music. In Windows XP, winamp is staying in play state, but still I have no music. Can someone help me.
Here is my mpd.conf file.

In my mpd.conf i can't enable two audio output. Maybe try to comment the alsa output and restart mpd ?

Yes, I tried this, but it still does not work. :"(
It actually works. There is a mount point in icecast admin panel, but when I try to listen to the stream, I get no sound.
Offline
might not be the issue, since the mount is coming up, but is the password in the shoutcast section on mpd.conf the same as the <source-password> in icecast.xml ?
and FWIW, i have 2 audio_outputs in mpd.conf and they both work.

I found the error.
In my mpd.conf I have "mount "ka" ", it should be "mount "ka.ogg" ", and it works now.
I have another question now. Can I speek through the microphone, and to stream my voice vie mpd. Is there a way. I was able to do that using darkice, but since mpd is streaming from playlist... I do not know ...
Thank you all.
