Is there a package with Greek channel support for tv tuner?

Well, you can use the TV tuner in any country, it is just a matter of if you can get the TV guide data for it.

XMLTV (a popular grabber) does not have a grabber for Greece yet.

"At present there are back-ends grabbing TV listings for Australia, Belgium and Luxembourg, Brazil, Argentina, Britain and Ireland, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Hungary and Romania, Iceland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, North America, Norway, Portugal, Reunion Island (France), South Africa, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland."

Thanks, so there is no program with frequency scan such as chrisTV in windows.

I don't know if Greek frequencies are different than standard ones.  If the hardware supports your frequencies, software should as well.  My comment above was for the TV program data.

In Greece we use PAL-B for image and PAL-BG for audio.
Anyway found tvtime with frequency scan support.
