Mouse problem

My usb mouse is fairly old and has few issues with buttons - when I click left or right button once, mouse sometimes understands that as two clicks. This is hardware's problem, but this mouse is my lucky mouse. So is there any possibility to make X or KDE to ignore two clicks when they are "pressed" nearly instant? And ofc sorry for my bad english. wink

Re: Mouse problem

There are some Xorg options that you can try out:

Option        "ClickTime"        "100"
Option        "MaxDoubleTapTime"    "180"
Option        "FastTaps"        "off"

I bet there are more related settings for this problem, google on one of the above and you'll probably find out more smile
The numbers in the examples above are in milliseconds, feel free to experiment although i don't recommend to set them lower than what they already are tongue
