Stuck!!!

HI!
I have a litle problem.. When i Use Arch Linux (don't Panic) after run KDE each 10 seconds any Program stuck 2 seconds and after Back again Normal for 10 second and follow thus..
A solution ?? a Question??

To clarify, is this what you're describing?:

1. Run KDE
2. ~10 seconds pass
3. Applications freeze for ~2 seconds
4. Back to (2).

aplications freeze for 2 seconds.. is that!!

and  i have a problem with sound.. i cant listen 2 sounds
