Disable Firefox's `open with' in the download dialog...

I'd like to disable the `open with' option in the Firefox's download dialog. I'd like only it downloads to the ~.

How does Firefox find the associations?
Thanks.

Try to enter about:config in the URL field and then filter for "download".

You can also use the MIME edit firefox extension for specifying actions for specific extensions.
Here's a link if you want to check it out: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/4498

Thanks both of you. The extension is really a nice thing. It remains the last mystery... How firefox decides what is `default application?'
