I've got an AMD Duron processor which is perfectly capable of cpu frequency scaling (I've searched around and found that it is). Is there a way to set it up? When modprobing powernow-k8, I get
FATAL: Error inserting powernow_k8 (/lib/modules/2.6.22-ARCH/kernel/arch/i386/kernel/cpu/cpufreq/powernow-k8.ko): No such device
What is wrong? In the wiki it say that if that error comes up that means cpu frequency scaling isn't supported. I looked in the the BIOS and found nothing to do with it, so I'm assuming it's already activated.

I think the Duron is a K7 chip, try powernow-k7.

Nope. Still the same error.

Let's see your, cat /proc/cpuinfo

If neither of those worked, then there isn't much hope getting it working. Is this a desktop or a mobile processor?

It's a desktop..
EDIT: Also I have one other desktop with an AMD XP processor and is running 32bit. I also have another desktop with a pentium 4 with HT running at 64bit. Will any of these be able to get cpu frequency scaling working?

Then chances are it doesn't even support scaling. Do you really need it to be able to scale on a desktop? I had a Morgan cored Duron years ago and I don't remember heat being a problem.

On KSensors it says that the sys temp is around 90 degrees celsius. Which is quite bad. Or maybe the sensors are wrong. Although my CPU temp is 24 degrees.

I'd suspect the sensors are wrong, 90C and still running is near impossible.
There is some chance to get the others scaling, but being desktops, there isn't much of a point. The board has to support scaling also, so you might hit a snag there too. Frequency scaling on desktops is a relatively new thing, only the most recent hardware seems to support it well. You may have some luck with that Athlon XP and P4 by using powernow-k7 and p4-clockmod, respectively.

I'll try the other ones later. I think the p4 is quiet, but goes really noisy when playing games or building something from source. The others just stay "noisy". When other people are on the main comp (p4) with XP, it is really noisy! I'm so happy I found Arch

on some boards you need to enable amd powernow in the bios for cpu freq scaling to work
