Just installed, kernel panic at boot

The root device is correctly seen as reiserfs: "Loading root filesystem module...reiserfs". I know also that the root partition is sda3, because I can do "arch root=/dev/sda3" to boot into the environment.

I have no idea why it doesn't work. Help please.

Edit: I just tried the fallback image, and it worked. But where do I go from here?

Edit 2: Well, I read a few threads about this and searched the wiki and it turns out I needed to regenerate my kernel26 image. Now it works. smile
