Cover Art Downloader?

My music is organized in structure like this:

Music/Artist/Album

I'm looking for a script that recursively goes through each directory and finds the cover art for each album and puts it as Music/Artist/Album/.folder.jpg. Preferable it would first look for the artist / album names taken from the directory names, and if not found it would look at the tags inside the music files in that directory Does something like this exist (i'm sure i'm not the only one who would find this handy) ?

Amarok can do it. I'm not sure how effective it is since the first time I tried was after reading this post, but nearly everything I tried grabbed the right cover. Then I looked under Tools-->Cover Manager, and there's an option to fill in the whole collection.
