User password problem? (solved)

just installed arch :D. i tried creating a new user at the command line using "# useradd -m -s /bin/bash". it made an account but it did not give me the option for a password. did i do something wrong? or how do i edit my use account?

In the future, you could use the adduser script to automate the process.
