how to make a usb pc to pc connection

Hi there,

I've just bought a usb bridged cable and I would like to connect now a laptop and a desktop both running archlinux. Please help me with pointing out the procedure (necessary driver ? how to use it with a file manager like pcmanfm etc) cause the searches I've done on google were unsuccessful.

Hi,
I assume you want IP over USB. See this page, I found all I needed there:

I connected archlinux and an embedded linux system with such cable so it should work for 2 archlinux boxes as well.
