service firestarter message

hi,
   I have installed firestarter on my archlinuxppc

but when I start service I have:

/rc/rc.d/firestarter start
:: Starting Firestarter firewall                                         
[BUSY] (null): error fetching interface information: Device not found
(null): error fetching interface information: Device not found
(null): error fetching interface information: Device not found
[FAIL]

what is wrong ?
