Openbox Questions

So I finally got openbox up in running but now I have no idea how setup it up... when I right click how do it make it so the apps open on my menu... I want to get something set up like timtux's desktop. http://timtux.net/tmp/screenie.png

dvm works very different, if you want a very minimalistic nice look just learn openbox.
