Way to import ACPI settings from Ubuntu?
Is there a configuration file i can just copy and paste from my Ubuntu install that has all the ACPI functions for such things as extra media keys?

I really don't know, but I'm petty sure the settings are in /etc/acpi/, so you might try just copying that folder from Ubuntu into your Arch install, then restart.
