knetworkmanager with iwl3945

I am trying to setup wireless on my a205-s4577 toshiba laptop, but iam getting terribly frustrated.
I have installed all the drives and configured rc.conf according to the wiki but i still cant see the networks when i run knetworkmanager.

my knetworkmanager connected when i logged in later at night
this is aweosme
